Branded residences by Banyan Group in the heart of the Laguna Phuket resort. The windows open onto several layers at once: the Laguna Golf course, the surrounding mountains, the Andaman Sea and tropical greenery. A golf course is the one view on the island guaranteed not to be built out — it cannot be rezoned for housing.

The architecture is three curved buildings, each split into two connected blocks. The flowing facades and terraces follow the terrain rather than fight it. Layouts run from one to three bedrooms; a two-bedroom offers one hundred and five square metres of interior space plus a twenty-five-metre terrace — one hundred and thirty in total.
