Buyers from Spain — an apartment for their own use, to come and stay by the sea regularly.
WAVE sells Phuket property from inside the island rather than from developers’ presentations.
We started from a simple observation: almost everything a buyer learns about Phuket before a purchase comes from someone with an interest in selling. Renders, promised yields, “the last unit at this price” — that stream is identical everywhere and bears little relation to how people actually live and let property here.
So we work differently. Before showing a property, we have been to it: watched how construction is going, checked what the developer has actually delivered, seen where the sun falls at three in the afternoon and what is planned for the neighbouring plot. What we say about an area is what a year of living beside it shows, not what the brochure claims.
Our clients are people buying a first home by the sea, investing for rental and resale, or relocating with a family. Each needs a different island, and the work begins with understanding which one.
About WAVEApartments and villas we found for our clients and took through to completion. Real prices and the reason behind each purchase.

Four principles that make us walk away from deals more often than our sales report would like.
Every property on this island has a weak side: a noisy road, development rising in front of the view, a fragile developer, a cramped layout. We name it before the deal, even when it costs us the sale. The buyer will find out anyway — the only question is whether before signing or after.
Our client is the buyer or the owner, not the developer paying commission. If a project does not fit the brief we say so plainly and propose another — including ones that pay us less.
We live here. We know which areas empty out in low season, where the taps run dry in April, which roads flood in the rains and which plots stall in construction because of the ground. None of that is searchable, and it matters more than a render.
Handover is where the actual purpose begins: furnishing, the management company, tenants, taxes, visa renewals, resale in a few years. We stay available for that part too — otherwise the first year of ownership turns into a quest you solve alone.
