About the project
Layan Verde is not a single building but a planned district: residential blocks arranged around an artificial lake and forest park, connected by walking routes, sports grounds and a retail street. The developer’s master plan shows sixteen blocks across two ranges, plus shared facilities.
The project is split in two. The A blocks form a luxury condominium under five-star hotel management. The B blocks are the premium range managed by Dusit International, one of Thailand’s oldest hotel groups. Some buildings are designated for investment purchases, others for owner occupation; the Ocean Club stands separately.
The emphasis is on sustainability: planting covers more than half the site, water is treated and reused, and the blocks are oriented to minimise air conditioning. On Phuket, where dense construction eats greenery block by block, this is a rare approach.
Handover is phased: the first blocks are being transferred now, the last are due in 2028. Formats run from a thirty-two-metre studio to a four-bedroom penthouse.
