CareersWe look for people who enjoy working things out rather than selling. What separates a good agent on Phuket from a poor one is not talk but how much they know about the island — and how often they have told a client that a property is not right for them.
Who we are looking for
Real estate agent. Handling enquiries, viewings, seeing transactions through. English and Russian, a driving licence and a willingness to be out on the island every day. Property experience is welcome, but teaching the product is easier than teaching someone to listen.
Owner relations specialist. Sourcing listings, valuation, preparing properties for sale, negotiation. Suits someone already living here who knows the areas.
Marketing specialist. Content, advertising, website and social media in two languages. Remote is possible, but with real immersion in the product.
What we offer
Uncapped commission with no internal competition for clients: an enquiry is assigned to one agent, not fought over.
Product training: projects, developers, legal structures. We are out visiting properties constantly and take you along.
Help with legal status: work visa and work permit for those joining the payroll.
