About the project
Laguna Lakelands is a new district inside the Laguna Phuket resort: a square kilometre of green hills, forests and lakes with its own beach club. The territory is divided into themed zones — Hillside, Orchard, Forest and Lakeside — linked by fifteen kilometres of walking trails.
Skypark Elara sits by the water, overlooking the lagoons. Its defining feature is the usable roof: a panoramic pool, open terrace, barbecue area, seating and walkways with views over forest and lakes. Residents also have access to all Lakelands and neighbouring Laguna Phuket facilities.
Layouts run from one to three bedrooms. A one-bedroom offers forty-eight square metres of interior space plus a balcony — fifty-four to fifty-seven in total.
