MontAzure is a large resort enclave on the northern slope of Kamala: its own stretch of coast, hotels, a beach club and residential development spread across the levels of the hill. The Botanica villas occupy the upper terrace.
The value of the slope is that the outlook in front of the houses is protected by the terrain and by the enclave’s master plan: the land below belongs to the same owner and is already designated for low-rise building. On Phuket a buyer most often risks facing someone else’s roof three years later — here that risk is closed by documents rather than promises.
