The complex is completed and occupied — the photographs show furnished balconies and people by the pool. For a buyer that means inspecting a finished building rather than a render: the finishes, the view from a specific window, the state of the common areas and how well the building is maintained.

The defining feature is vertical planting on the facades and a rooftop pool with a shaded lounge area. The greenery is not only decorative: it noticeably reduces heat gain, and with it the air-conditioning bills.

Rawai differs from the resort north in having a permanent community: schools, clinics, markets, workshops and cafés that stay open in low season. The west of the island empties in May; the south does not. For an owner this means a different income model: long-term tenants at a stable rate instead of short expensive bookings followed by six empty months.
